So you are excited about booking your Counterstrain session but when you open the calendar  the earliest available session is at least a month away.

Much to my amazement, most people throw the towel then. They either reluctantly book and wait in pain, or decide to postpone the booking only to find the same situation when they return. Well, I'm here to tell you that all you have to do is reach out.

Here's how the waitlist works:

Have Sessions in Your Account - If you have a Discount Therapy Pack with available sessions, you're all set. If all the sessions in your Discount Therapy Pack are booked in advance, the latest session will be moved to the requested spot when/if available. If you have only one paid session, it will be moved to the requested spot when/if available.
First Come, First Served - All requests are placed on the waitlist based on their arrival. There is one major exception and it is ...
Flexibility Over Specificity - Schedule flexibility is the most important factor when it comes to getting an earlier spot.  Those who can be accommodated during any time or any day of the week will get a spot much faster than those requesting specific days and times.
Office Hours Only - Be familiar with our hours and days of operation. You will not be placed on the waitlist if you're requesting days/times outside our established schedule.

Makes sense?

Getting on the waitlist is simple but you have to reach out first. Time and time again I'm surprised at how many people endured pain for weeks because they felt they had no choice but to wait.

Let me clarify this.

You are NOT bothering me by asking me for a spot on the waitlist. If I do not reply immediately it means I'm not in my office, not that I'm dismissing you. If you send me a request on a Friday evening, I won't see it until Monday when I return to my office. This length can be extended during holidays or when I'm away.

Now that you know, click the link below for my contact box. Let me know how much flexibility you have, or what days/times work best for you and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

Thank you for your support and understanding. It is my privilege to continue serving you and I can't wait to see you in my practice.

Until next time, I wish you a joyous and pain-free life.
