If you arrived via the link in your email confirmation, it means that your Initial Session & Screening is confirmed. Please add the domain @healing-and-strength.com to your safe list and check your spam box just in case. If you're arriving directly and have not received an email confirmation in a business day call 206-201-2989. You will receive an email reminder seven days prior to your session, another one two days prior, and a final email and text reminders three hours prior.

Keep your email confirmation handy! It has to links to cancel/reschedule your appointment(s) online up to 48 hours prior to your visit. Late cancellations and no shows are deducted from your session pack.
