That’s right! They are pointing at the Change/Cancel Appointment link.

Please use this link/button to cancel/reschedule your therapy session. You may do so anytime as long as it’s more than the 48-Hour allotted notice time.

Lost your email confirmation?
There’s a $50 manual cancellation/rescheduling fee. Fee must be paid before any changes are made.

Making Assumptions?
Don’t! If you have not received a cancellation notice, your session is not cancelled. Refer to your email confirmation for all the details.

Is it less than 48 hours?
A session from your pack will be used to cover late cancellations and/or no-shows. Check the policies portion of your intake packet, or a simpler version of the policies and guidelines here.
