What are the Conditions You Commonly See or Treat?
How Do You Go Over a Treatment Plan?
Your treatment plan is based on your medical history, how long you’ve been dealing with the issues that brought you to my office, your physical fitness, and your age. This article gives you an excellent overview.
How Many Sessions Will It Take?
The number of sessions is determined by the same factors that dictate your treatment plan. Once we’ve addressed your condition, there’s no need to return for the same issue—unless you’re dealing with systemic conditions that flare you up in a constant basis.
How Will I Feel After the Session?
When Will I Be Able to Return to My Activities?
This will be determined with more certainty after your session. In general, be prepared to clear your calendar of all strenuous activities for at least 48 hours.
Do You Accept Insurance?
This is a cash-based, prepayment required practice and we do not take insurance. Based on our previous experience with insurance companies, we do not plan on accepting insurance in the future. We, however, offer excellent rates and discounts for multiple sessions. This is possible thanks to our online systems which help us keep overhead costs low.
What Forms of Payments Do You Accept?
Credit cards only: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You may also use your HSA or FSA cards.

Is Counterstrain Better Than Other Modalities?
All therapeutic modalities share common dimensions, but there are also conditions where specificity is required. A problem than can be addressed only through the specificity of Counterstrain may not respond to other modalities. The same is true if a condition needs work other than Counterstrain.
Can I Combine Counterstrain with Other Modalities?
For the most part, yes, but we’ll figure that one for sure once we commence your treatment.
Why Should I Try Counterstrain? How Can You Convince Me?
I’m not here to convince anyone, I’m only here to share what has been working for my practice with remarkable success. I’ve produced well-researched articles for you to peruse when it’s most convenient, and to help you understand how Counterstrain works at a different dimension. You’re welcome to do as you see fit for your own needs, but if you feel that Counterstrain can help you get to the bottom of a stubborn issue, I’m happy to welcome you to my practice.
